Look, I like DIY project as much as the next girl but on your wedding day why skimp and DIY when there are honest affordable florists out there. Seriously I did my entire wedding floral arrangements for under $800 and that was a lot of flowers (Bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, center pieces, etc. etc. etc.). Down To The Last Petal does awesome work and they are honestly AFFORDABLE while looking gorgeous!!!

Over the weekend I was informed by my newly engaged girlfriend that it's impossible to find unique wedding cake toppers... that don't suck. Lo and behold, "Blue Butterfly Design" on Etsy, specializing in custom made, super cool wedding cake toppers!

News: Disposable Wedding Dress?

Want a dress that's so eco-friendly you can literally make it disappear after the ceremony? This new gown, from British researchers at Sheffield Hallam Unniversity does just that. It actually dissolves in water, reports the U.K.'sTelegraph. The dress is made with polyvinyl alcohol -- the same stuff found in laundry bags and washing detergents -- sewn into the fabric. That basically makes it water soluble, and dissolves it without harming the environment.

I might be biased considering I have a penchant for vintage clothes and accessories, but Cherished, a vintage bridal salon, is full of vintage head pieces and veils perfect for your "something old"... and if there was a "something cheap", it could fit too. For around $75, you can own a beautiful vintage veil from as far back as the 1920's. That's a steal in my mind.
